Joyce has a diverse background in the energy industry, focusing on decarbonization, energy management practices, renewable energy, and other ESG strategies. She began her professional career with the CNG Companies, learning energy and utilities as a trade. After more than a decade with CNG, Joyce moved to a capital venture firm, serving as the Vice President of Public Relations, where she concentrated on permitting and regulatory affairs in the power generation industry. She then pursued her interests in the energy arena as “end user,” leading supply and demand side strategies at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. 

As Vice President of Integrated Design Services for Forest City Realty Trust, she led an energy efficiency and sustainability team and held responsibilities for energy procurement for the commercial portfolio. She served as Chief Operations Officer for a government natural gas and electric aggregation agency, creating clean energy opportunities for member communities, and specifically focusing on preparedness for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and renewable energy. Joyce joined ms consultants in 2022 to lead its energy practice as Senior Vice President of the Energy Business Unit where she focused on client relationships and business development with Investor-Owned Utilities and Renewable Energy Developers, organizing teams of engineers and environmental scientists to provide predevelopment engineering work for infrastructure projects. She has advocated nationally for energy deregulation and education around sustainable practices.

  · Served as a voting member on a PACE Energy loan board, Past Executive Committee Board Member for the Institute for Market Transformation 

· Managed a $300M energy commodities program for commercial and industrial employers

· Managed a $22 Million annual grant program with federal, state and private funders, managing objectives utilizing the EOS program. 

· Achieved $1Million in annual sales for an energy client consulting practice

• Initiated Sustainability programming for a government agency

· Saved $29M in operating expenses and reduced carbon footprint by 8% over five years through energy management and capital improvements for a property management company
